Stay well and healthier is easier than get well!
About Bruna Manzoli
Hi, I’m Bruna — a physiotherapist and remedial therapist, a proud mum of two beautiful boys, and a dog mum to Mel, my little assistant at BM Physio 🐾
I graduated in Brazil in 2007 and became recognised in Australia in October 2022. Since then, I’ve been working from my own home clinic, BM Physio, based in Alkimos, where I’ve created a welcoming and comfortable space for my patients.
At BM Physio, I offer a wide range of treatments tailored to each individual. These include hands-on physiotherapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage (including my own unique technique currently in development), exercise rehabilitation, and clinical mat Pilates (1:1 or small groups). I also provide hydrotherapy and gym-based sessions, either at your preferred location or guided by me, so your rehab fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
In addition, I offer personalised nutritional plans to support your overall health and recovery — you can find a form on my website to get started if this is something you’re interested in.
I also support women during pregnancy with specialised pregnancy massage and safe, tailored rehabilitation exercises designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and keep you strong throughout your pregnancy journey.
My services extend across different funding options, including NDIS, WorkCover (workers’ compensation), and GP Care Plans (Medicare), making physiotherapy more accessible and supported for a wide range of clients.
With extensive experience in remedial therapies, I combine a variety of techniques—such as deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release, sports massage, pregnancy massage and lymphatic drainage—to deliver treatments that are effective, personalised, and results-driven.
I’m passionate about movement and helping people feel strong, confident, and pain-free. I create personalised exercise programs and support you throughout your rehab journey — whether that’s in the clinic, at the gym, or in the water.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting my triathlete husband for more than 20 years through training, injuries, and competitions. I also closely follow my kids’ sporting journeys, helping them (and many other children and teenagers) with injury prevention, recovery, and performance. Working with kids, teens, and individuals of all abilities is something I truly enjoy.
Beyond my work, I love staying active with weight training, running, and yoga, and spending quality time with my family. Living a healthy and active lifestyle is something I truly believe in — not just for myself, but for everyone I work with.
My mission is simple: to guide you back to wellness and empower you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
You are always welcome at BM Physio — a space where you’ll feel supported, cared for, and motivated on your journey.
